Who We Are

Kirsten Hampton has experience with domestic and global institutions and campaigns up to $600 million.  She served as COO for a Washington DC think tank, as Vice President and Associate Dean at two universities, including for the University of Rochester’s $425 million campaign, and in development or communications capacities in British Parliament, Congress and for resident organizations at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.  She has received fellowships from the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation, The Gettysburg Review and Virginia Center for the Creative Arts.  She graduated with distinction from Cornell University.

Sam Hampton PhD is co-founder of Docs in Progress, an education resource for filmmakers.  Prior, he served as Executive Director for a Capitol Hill technology nonprofit, and was Program Director for higher education initiatives at the Executive Leadership Foundation.  Earlier in his career, he coordinated program outreach for the New York State Health Department.  Sam holds a PhD in Urban Education from Cleveland State University, undertaking research at Ohio State.  He serves on the Board of Trustees of The Harley School, a Department of Education Blue Ribbon School.
