PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

We help clients improve program delivery, funding, packaging and performance. We look for opportunity for refinement and growth in new initiatives as well as on-going programs. Our approach has proven highly effective, leading to enhanced program execution, funding and outcomes for our clients.

We worked with Horton’s Kids to assess program goals and activities related to their youth enrichment mission.  We conducted an inventory of current and desired activities, assets, resources, and performance indicators.  Process results included streamlined program packaging and activities, with best measurements in place to demonstrate increased program effectiveness.
